Every Child is a Mine of Hidden Gems

November 15, 2010

You will have children who are eager to learn. You will be finding their special talents and interests when you treat each child as a source of hidden abilities.  Instead of forcing them to meet external standards, you will encourage them to develop their abilities.

Each child has the potential to do something good in the world.  Each has special abilities that can be developed and expressed.

When you teach a child, you look for what interests each child and encourage them to explore their interests.

If this is used in education, then children will become eager to learn all the skills they need to develop their special talents and interests.
